Check out this video, produced internally by KISW to "backsell" their "Rock Out Hunger" event. So often, stations do something really big, really wonderful, and/or really charitable – and that’s where it ends. Maybe there’s a promo that runs for a few days. Or maybe there’s a picture on the website.
But this 80-second video does a great job of conveying the emotion, the excitement, and the buzz of this event – and it strokes the sponsors, too.
Hats off to Dave Richards and the KISW Team for coming up with another way to take event promotion to a higher level, provide more content for their Web site, and ensure that KISW is "more fun than your iPod."
