As we gather around the table today, there’s a lot to be thankful for. That’s the feeling here at both of our companies as we enter the home stretch of 2016.
We’d like to take a moment to thank you – clients and friends – for being there for us this year. We appreciate your business and your time. After more than three decades in business, we’re involved in more exciting initiatives than ever, and we owe so much of our success to your support. I’d also like to thank our hard working staffs at both Jacobs Media and jacapps for all they do for us throughout the year. And of course, our families who support us and allow us to pursue the careers we love.
The last couple of weeks have spurred many morning show bits revolving around the political climate. As families gather for the Thanksgiving feast, there is angst and even dread in many households over how political divisions might overshadow the holiday. We hope that’s not the case in your home because that’s not what Thanksgiving is all about.
Our focus will be on the 3F’s:
Football, family, and the feast ( not necessarily in that order).
Here at JacoBLOG, we’re taking our traditional holiday break. But we’ll be back on Monday with fresh content – no leftovers.
We wish you all a happy, safe, and peaceful holiday weekend.
And THANKS!

Thanks for sharing your team’s thoughts on a daily basis. This industry continues to be exciting each and everyday because we embrace the understanding that change equals opportunity. We thrive as long as we relentlessly deliver on customer (listener and advertiser) expectations all day, all night, all weekend.
Hopefully we keep the positive feeling of Thanksgiving Day in mind for at least a few moments each of the other 364 days in the year. Everyone one of us, everyday, needs to appreciate that our personal successes are fueled by family, friends, mentors and the co-workers.
Fred Jacobs says
Appreciate that, Mike. Happy Thanksgiving!
