No, "iPhone" isn’t a brand name – yet. But the announcement that Apple and Motorola are joining together to release a new cellphone that’s also an Mp3 player that uses iTune’s software is yet another indication that technology is rushing forward – and terrestrial radio is NOT in the picture.
I was an early Treo owner, with a strong desire to have one device that gangs together the cellphone, Palm, and email device. Now Motorola goes one step better by integrating the iPod.
