I like the reference to 140 characters being spoken at a rate of about 7 seconds. In his book “The Mirror Test” Jeffrey Hayzlett says you now have 118 seconds to pitch someone. ‘8 seconds to hook them and 110 to drive it home.’ I guess what can’t be said in 140 characters won’t get heard.
