Bingham Farms, Michigan – With 12 national web surveys under its belt, Jacobs Media is pleased to announce a free webinar this Thursday, May 12 at 2pm ET: “How Radio Audiences Use Technology: Key Takeaways From Techsurvey12.”
In the webinar, Jacobs Media President, Fred Jacobs, will walk attendees through a fast-moving 30-minute presentation highlighting some of the top findings from this recent mega-study, and what they mean to radio programmers, managers, and marketers.
Areas of focus in the webinar include brand usage by radio listeners (Netflix, Facebook, iHeartRadio, etc.), podcasting and where it’s headed, and implications of the “connected car” and even autonomous cars on radio.
This year, a record number 245 commercial stations from across North America participated, generating more than 39,500 respondents. Techsurvey is, by far, the biggest and most expansive survey in radio.
According to Jacobs, “These national web-based Techsurveys have been amazingly predictive, helping participating radio navigate the changing landscape. We’ll be focused on areas of wide interest that have generated the most buzz from Techsurvey12.”
